1. Booking and Planning

Ready to lock in your portrait date? Let's do this! Once you have locked in your date with a paid retainer and signed contract, you will receive your very own virtual Style Guide as well as your questionnaire! This is where you will find everything you need to know about what to wear, how to prep and what to expect. Your questionnaire will teach me everything I need to know about you and your vision for your session, so that I can customize it just for you!

2. Day of the shoot

Let the fun begins! After working together to choose the perfect locations and plan out the details of your session, we will meet on-location to begin your portrait experience. I will help you finalize your outfit choices and style your wardrobe to be picture-perfect before we start shooting. Then, we will spend 1.5-2 hours photographing at 1-2 select locations with outfit changes. I will pose you and guide you throughout the entire session - no modeling experience necessary! Your only job is to have fun and enjoy the day!

THE PROCESS

3. Social Media Sneek Peeks

Within 24 hours of your session, I will share a social media sneak peek for you to see and share! Then, it will be 2-3 weeks until you receive your full portrait gallery online. I pride myself on these quick turnaround times - I'll never make you wait months to see your photos!

4. Gallery Delivery

After 2-3 weeks, you full online gallery will be delivered! Here, you will be able to download, share and print all of your fully edited, high resolution digital files. You will also have access to your very own mobile app where you can download your images directly to your phone. And, even better? Your gallery will be backed up online - so you don't ever have to worry about losing images!

All collections include 1.5-2 hours of shooting with CAITLYN at 1-2 select locations and 1-2 outfit changes. Plus, you can enhance your experience with optional as a-la-carte prints and products to cherish your memories.

I am based out of Benson, NC and I teach as my full time job. Each session includes travel up to 50 miles. If the deseried location exceeds the 50 miles an additional $50 is added to the session - this will give you 50 miles extra for travel.

Absolutely! As long as the location your session is taking place is open to having pets, you are more the able to bring them along!

You will reciev a emil that will include the online link to your gallery. from here you can dowload as many pictures as youd like and even order prints!

Clients should expect to reciev their full gallery within one week after their session.
