It’s that time of year!!! As we enter a new year, one thing that I have had on my bucket list is to go back and reflect on the year prior. One of the ways I wanted to do this is by curating my first “best of”… my absolute FAVORITE images that I created in the last 365 days. With this being my first time doing this, I had the HARDEST time narrowing down my favorites from 2025. I worked with so many incredible seniors, and families…. If i’m being honest i’m not even sure how many photos this blog post has in it. OOPS! But, that just means it was just THAT good of a year! From floral filled images, an ICONIC prom shoot in April, glowy senior sessions at the Historic Oak View Park in Raleigh all the way through chilly fall sessions… this post seriously has it all!

Some of these images are my favorite because they are technically beautiful. Some are in the post because they were really hard to shoot in the moment (HI wierd lighting, crazy locations and serious North Carolina heat). This post includes every single one of my seniors and families that I photographed in 2025 (!!!) – enjoy a scroll through memory lane on this year with me!
